Itinerary

  • The tour departs from Praza de Galicia, 1 at 9 am and your Finisterre day trip will last approximately 9 hours and 30 minutes. The tour includes transport and a professional English-speaking guide.
  • From Santiago, you will travel to Pontemaceira with its beautiful medieval bridge, before continuing on to Muxia. Muxia is home to the charming Sanctuary of the Virgen de la Barca and your guide will have many fascinating stories to tell you about this special place.
  • Our Finisterre day trip will then take you to the fishing village of Fisterra and its famous cape and lighthouse. In Fisterra, you’ll have time to eat and explore the old town.
  • After lunch, you’ll visit Erazo Waterfall, a magical spot, with a unique feature. Last but not least, your final two stops include Horreo de Carnota, one of the most characteristically Galician monuments you’ll come across and the Muros estuary, which boasts a beautiful panoramic view.
  • You should arrive back in Santiago by approximately 7pm after experiencing a wonderful day of culture and coastal beauty.
