Making a Payment to Secure Your Trip

Payments are made securely online through the Client Portal: Client Portal. CaminoWays offers flexible payment options, including the ability to pay in instalments if needed. A 20% deposit is required to start the booking process. Depending on the complexity of the arrangements and the type of hotels, it may take a few weeks to confirm the full booking.

Step 3 – Preparing for Your Journey

Reviewing Booking Details in the Client Portal

After your payment is processed, you can access the Client Portal to review your full trip details: Client Portal. CaminoWays ensures you have all the necessary information to prepare for your journey.

To-Dos in the Client Portal:

  • View your booking details at Client Portal.
  • Add all travellers’ names and mobile phone numbers to the rooming list (mandatory for the lead passenger).
  • If you have booked a bike rental, insert each passenger’s height in the rooming list.
  • Add your flight details if you booked an airport transfer. For connecting flights, only provide the last part that connects with your Camino (e.g., from Madrid to Santiago for a flight from New York to Madrid to Santiago).

Receiving Travel Documents

  • 60 days before departure: Access the comprehensive travel documents, including maps, guidebooks, accommodation details, and support service contacts, in the Client Portal: Client Portal. Check the “Services Booked & Directions” section, where you’ll find a “Map” button beside each hotel to help you navigate.

48 hours before departure:

  • Review your booking in the Client Portal, above the “Services Booked & Directions” section, where you will find the Assistance Number to call if needed. Always contact the suppliers first for immediate assistance, and if it doesn’t work, you can reach us on the assistance phone number.
  • Receive a reminder to check your bookings, as some services may change. We guarantee the final details 48 hours before departure or will contact you by phone.
