From Santiago to the end of the world! Traditionally, pilgrims used to finish their Camino journey in Cape Fisterra, where they burned their clothes and admired the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean. If you rather get to the end of the world in comfort, we have the perfect Finisterre day trip for you (Fisterra in Galician).
Our Finisterre day trip will take you from Santiago de Compostela to the fishing village and Cape, stopping along stunning parts of the Costa da Morte, such as the village of Pontemaceira, the Ézaro waterfall (the only river in Europe reaching the sea as a waterfall) the Castle of Vimianzo and the village of Muxía, famous for its charming sanctuary by the Atlantic.
Our English-speaking guide will meet the group in Santiago’s Old Town at 9am for a fantastic day out!
*Departures: Saturday in March and November; Everyday (except Monday) from April until 1st November.
