On behalf of the CaminoWays.com team, I would like to wish you all a Happy Christmas and fantastic New Year, as well as thank you for your support all this year.
2015 has been another wonderful year for the CaminoWays.com team, thanks to your support, our loyal clients and friends:
We started the year launching IrelandWays.com, offering great walking and cycling tours on the Wild Atlantic Way and other magnificent trails across Ireland such as the Causeway Way and the Wicklow Way.
In July, we celebrated the second edition of the CaminoWays.com walking festival in County Wicklow, Ireland, with hundreds of walkers celebrating St. James Day with us.
The team took the Camino to many travel shows across the globe, including Ireland, UK, Chile, Hong Kong and, of course, the first edition of FairWay in Santiago de Compostela.
We were thrilled to be working with so many wonderful charities again this year, raising funds and awareness for very worthy causes. The Marie Keating Foundation pilgrims even featured in a Would You Believe Camino documentary for RTE called The Walk of Life.
In September, a group of Today FM listeners, led by Phil Cawley, walked the Camino Portugues together, and delighted us with their daily and humorous updates from the #CawleyCamino.
Also in September, we launched the Greenlife Fund, inspired by our projects with Patrick and Justin from I’ll Push You; and Rochelle and Mike from A Greener Future, who travelled the Portuguese Way collecting rubbish and raising awareness along the way.
And to finish off a great year, as the team keeps growing, we moved to a shiny new office in Dublin 8 where we are hoping to see you in the New Year!
Wishing you all a 2016 full of more great news!
In all the office’s languages: Merry Christmas, Bo Nadal, Feliz Navidad, Feliz Natal, Buon Natale, Nollaig Shona Duit, Frohe Weihnachten and Joyeux Noel!
