Camino Ways.com made sure that our walk to Santiago de Compostela by the Coastal Portuguese route was perfect. All meals, accommodations and travel arrangements were top notch and we were able to walk without any worries about anything. We definitely recommend Camino Ways.com

"We had 22 people in our group, 14 adults and 8 older teens/young adults. Camino Ways did an excellent job of coordinating all of the details of our trip. The luggage transport was seamless and we enjoyed the surprise of the different types of accommodations that awaited us each evening. They were very helpful with small issues that arose before and during the trip and we all felt it was an incredible value for the price. The walk is an incredible experience and we all were moved by it. Very safe and well-marked, so much so that we were very comfortable letting the kids go ahead of us and we would just meet up with them at the end of the day. A trip we will never forget."

"Beautiful scenery through forests vinyards villages and farms, rustic Spanish foods and tasty tapas, very good local wines, amazing old churches, and a 3 day stay in Santiago at the end..excellent culture and tapas tour of Santiago with Juan."
John and Jodie, Australia - 2017
The friendliness, communication, organization and on the ground performance of this adventure company was, for us, excellent. Also the accommodation chosen was very good and the moving of our bags from place to place went off without a hitch. We will be using them again for our next trip. 8 November 2017

Very cheesy headline I know but it is true; I have been waiting to do el Camino for years. Camino Ways delivered everything they promised and was very well organized, All the hotel checkins were smooth, I was always expected and I loved their choices as well: charming hotels that reflected the countryside and character of the provinces. I did my pilgrimage by bike; this is the 2nd part of the trip I would like to thank Camino Ways for--it too was as promised and my high quality mountain bike sturdy steed did 800km (not counting getting lost but that was hardly the bike's fault) with only 1 flat tire. I chose the option to have my luggage transported daily and of course this went off without a hitch as well. I had a couple of glitches of my own devising (forgot documents at previous locale, unable to access Internet to pay bills etc and the 24/7 help line fixed me up quickly. Go Camino Ways!! 26 October 2017

"I travel a lot but hands down this was my most memorable trip. Santiago de Compostela has an indescribable magic. My intention was to workout and see new frontiers. The Camino had something else in mind for me. I learned a great deal more about myself and came back home transformed and with a sense of peace, happiness and well being. My journey was super comfortable and Camino Ways was excellent in preparing my hotel stays. I had to make some minor adjustments during my Camino and the staff at Camino Ways was very helpful and prompt in addressing my needs. FYI my friend with whom I walked the Camino paid double and got pretty much the same thing I did! I was trilled to have obtained a good price for a first class trip. The top rated Parador Hotels along the way were a treat for my tired body. I highly recommend doing the Camino and if you don't want to stay in hostels and prefer a little bit more comfort and great meals, Camino Ways is the way to go. Thank you Camino Ways for being part of the best trip of my life!" Alma walked the Camino Portugues.

If you are looking to experience the Portuguese Coastal Camino at your own pace, this is the perfect trip for you.

You will be walking the last stretch of the Portuguese Coastal Camino from the market town of Baiona to Santiago de Compostela. You will discover the Wild Atlantic beauty and sandy beaches of Northern Portugal and Galicia over 11 days, which means you will be covering a manageable average of 10kms per day.

We will organise luggage transfers and comfortable guest houses to welcome you after your day’s walk so you just have to put your walking shoes on and enjoy the journey.

From Baiona to Vigo you will enjoy wonderful views of the Bay and the magical Cies Islands. We recommend you take a rest day in Vigo and take the opportunity to visit this paradise, just off the coast of the city and a short ferry journey away.

As you reach the town of Redondela and head inland, you will be joining the classic Camino Portugues trail and start meeting many other pilgrims on their way to Santiago.
