I am scheduled to pilgrimage from Florence to Assisi, starting on June 4th. I would like to change my start date to Friday, October 3rd, but the system would not allow a change. Can that be done now, or do I need to wait until you get greater clarity about government restrictions, etc.? Thanks in advance.

Dear Friends at Camino Ways – I have read the above comments that you are contacting all customers. I made a direct inquiry last Thursday 3/12 to reschedule my trip but I have not heard anything back yet. Would you kindly let me know what the “wait time” is for response?

As your company knows, on Friday, March 13, Spain declared a state of emergency due to a sharp increase in Corona virus cases. We all know how serious the situation is for travelers from the around the world to come to Spain for a vacation.
I can only imagine the issues and problems this is causing Greenlife Tours and Caminoways with the multitude of trips that you offer in Spain. There is no prediction by the authorities, medical experts, or governments when this crisis will be over and it will be safe to travel again. This Corona crisis continues to grow day by day and may not be resolved at all in 2020.

Therefore, I believe the time has come for Greenlife Tours to prioritize the health and safety of its customers and cancel all trips in Spain through the end of April, at a minimum. Travel companies throughout the world are doing exactly this.

    Thank you for your consideration.
