Starlight Hikes Competition

We are delighted to be offering all of the participants in the Starlight Hikes the chance to win a great short break on the Camino de Santiago. The Starlight hikes are taking place across the UK for a great Spain_Santiago_de_Compostela_Obradoiro-300x200.jpgcause, the Sue Ryder Hospice. To support and get involved in the hikes we are giving away the chance to win a three night break for two people on the Camino frances. Every year pilgrims and walking enthusiasts from all over the world travel to Northern Spain to challenge themselves with the journey to Santiago. CaminoWays.com helps people to realise this journey of discovery by organising walking and cycling tours on marked routes throughout Europe. With our new competition we want to give one lucky winner the chance to sample one of the Camino Walking tours.

The Sue Ryder foundation provides care when people are facing a lifechanging diagnosis hoping to improve the lives of people living with frightening conditions and taking the time to understand how they can help improve moments in their lives.

We admire everyone who is taking part in these great hikes. For your chance to enter the competition enter your details below and we will announce the winner the last week of November.

Thank you for entering our Starlight hikes competition. This competition is now closed. For more Camino news and competitions please sign up to our newsletter

Hi Rebecca, the most famous route is the French Way and the most popular section would be the last 100kms (so you can get the Compostela pilgrim certificate in Santiago), see here: http://caminoways.com/ways/french-way-camino-frances/french-way-section-8, for that one we have various options, for instance with the Easy Walking you would be covering 12kms per day on average; which would be more manageable. Do you do some walking at the moment? Let us know if you need any additional information or advice.
