Reporting to the Managing director you will be responsible for the following: We are seeking an experienced reservation manager fluent in three languages: Spanish, Italian and French in order to ensure reservation of all our clients’ holidays, to work with the team and sync with sales.
Book the services for our clients going on tours (this includes hotels, taxis, buses)
Maintain good and close relationship with hotels, and negotiate the prices.
Paying the hotels after receiving the invoice on a weekly basis.
Managing the rota of the guides on the ground.
Keep the database of hotels updated, including prices, addresses, and phone numbers.
Working with the reservation team.
Liase with the Sales team to unsure that the bookings are correct.
Report to the managing director on a weekly basis.
“on-call” on a 2 weeks rotation basis, with another member of the team.
Travel to visit the hotels when necessary.
3-4+ Year experience in similar position.
Fluency in following three languages: Spanish, Italian and French.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
Capability to multi-task.
Excellent attention to detail.
Be an enthusiastic team player who learns fast in an upbeat energetic environment.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Good customer care skills B2B and B2C.
Educated to Diploma level.
Very good computer skills, including Excel.
