Airport transfers – how it works


As part of your Camino de Santiago package with you can book transfers both from the airport to your starting point and from your hotel back to the airport. We work with local companies to arrange pick ups at both points. How it works:


-Airport transfers are arranged for a specific time.

-You will find the pick-up time on your voucher (received by email as part of your Holiday Pack).

-Please note that if you are late, your transfer will be lost and rebooking will be needed (therefore incurring in additional costs).

-If you need to change your pick up time, you will need to contact our emergency number (supplied in the Holiday Pack), confirm by email and a standard change fee will apply (for more information read: Bookings and alterations).

-If your flight is cancelled or delayed, please contact our emergency number as soon as you find out, so the team can notify the transport company and re-schedule your pick-up time.

-Airport transfers are generally included as part of our guided tours, unless indicated otherwise. Airport pick-up for guided tours is also arranged for a set time to suit the group, please note there is only one pick-up for the whole group and not individual transfers. Self-guided tours only include airport transfers if requested.
